I have been engaged in urological surgery and andrology for more than yearsand I can expertly grasp TURP and TURBTbe familiar with application of laparoscope in urinary surgery FurthermoreI first performed elective neurectomy of the distal dorsal nerve of penis to treat primary premature ejaculation in our country which curative effect is certain and are praised by patients and their spousesI also first carried out implantation of penile prosthesis to cure severe erectile disfunction(ED)lengthening and thickening of penis and orthopaedics of penis in our province which recover the self-confidence of many menI have developed the method to treat genital herpes with operation combined the traditional Chinese medicine which decrease its recurrence rate obviously and the therapy for boy's genitical gland hypofunction (inborn testicle dysplasia) which effect is significant In additionI normalized the diagnosis and treatment of andriatria diseases designed the ED questionnaire ejaculation function questionnaire of premature ejaculation(PE) and male sterility schedule table which clinical effect are good MoreoverI combine sexual hormone examinationsemen analysischromatin body checkdidymus biopsyseminal duct contrast examination together to diagnose male sterility which increase accurate rate of diagnosis Besides I apply the International Score Table of Anxiety Disorders and NIH—CPSI in diagnosis of chronic prostatitis (CP)and the result of combined therapy for CP is notable I took part in the national urinary surgery training class of minimally invasive management twiceand had been trained with entity and animalsI also received training in andriatria at the Urinary Institute of Beijing University and learned andriatria and renal transplantation at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center(UPMC) and the University of California San Francisco Medical Center(UCSF) in America I gave the special subject utterance at the sixth and eighth vices National Andriatria Academic Conference of Chinese Medical Association (CMA) in and which were commend by the same occupationsthen I was invited to give the special lecture at Chinese Andriatria Doctors’ Forum MoreoverI was invited to perform academic communication and operation demonstrate at Jiayin Andrological Hospital of Xinjiang Shanghai Andrology Institute Beijing Xiyuan Hospital of Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine the First Hospital of Zhejiang Universitythe First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University and Nanchang Andrological Hospital
