【摘 要】目的: 探讨多西他赛对体外培养的人子宫内膜腺癌Ishikawa细胞凋亡的诱导作用。方法: 体外培养Ishikawa细胞, 不同浓度的多西他赛作用48h后，用MTT法和流式细胞仪检测多西他赛对人子宫内膜腺癌Ishikawa细胞增殖和细胞周期的影响。结果:多西他赛对人子宫内膜腺癌Ishikawa细胞增殖具有明显的抑制作用，呈剂量依赖性(P＜0.05);多西他赛引起细胞阻滞在G1～S期，细胞凋亡率增加，呈剂量依赖性关(P＜0.05)；结论: 人子宫内膜腺癌Ishikawa细胞对多西他赛具有药物敏感性,多西他赛对人子宫内膜腺癌Ishikawa细胞的杀伤作用,是通过诱导细胞凋亡途径实现的。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the inhibition of proliferation and the induction of apoptosis in vitro cultured human endometrial adenocarcinoma Ishikawa cells by docetaxel. Methods: Human endometrial adenocarcinoma Ishikawa cells were cultured in vitro and treated with different concentration of docetaxel for 48h respectively, MTT assay and flow cytometry were used to measure the effects of docetaxel on cell proliferation and cell cycle.Result: Docetaxel inhibited cell proliferation of cultured Ishikawa cells in a dose dependent manner（P＜0.05）; Docetaxel blocked the cells growth in G1-S period and increased the rates of cell apoptosis in a dose dependent manner（P＜0.05）.Conclusion: Docetaxel is effective for inhibiting the growth of endometrial adenocarcinoma Ishikawa cells. This anti-neoplastic effect may involve blocking cell cycle in G1-S period and increasing cell apoptosis.
