List of Foods

Here is a list of some of the items to that may be bothersome for people with IC, followed by foods and beverages that a number of IC patients have noted do not cause them problems.

这一份饮食列表罗列了可能困扰间质性膀胱炎患者的一些食物,以及大部分间质性膀胱炎患者可以接受的食物和饮料。(由于存在个体差异,每个人的具体情况不同,请根据自己的敏感程度调整自己的饮食习惯。)

Milk/Dairy Products

奶制品

Avoid:aged cheeses, sour cream, yogurt and chocolate

避免:成熟的奶酪,酸奶油,酸奶和巧克力。

O.K. to try:white chocolate, non-aged cheeses such as cottage or American, frozen yogurt and milk

适宜:白巧克力,未成熟的奶酪,冰酸奶和牛奶。

Vegetables

Avoid:fava beans, lima beans, onions, tofu, soy beans & soy-based products, and tomatoes

O.K. to try:other vegetables, beans, green onions/chives, and home grown tomatoes (which may be less acidic)

Fruits

Avoid:apples, apricots, avocados, bananas, cantaloupes, citrus fruits, cranberries, grapes, nectarines, peaches, pineapples, plums, pomegranates, rhubarb, strawberries and juices made from these fruits

避免:苹果,杏,鳄梨,香蕉,哈密瓜,柑橘类水果,蔓越莓,葡萄,油桃,桃子,菠萝,李子,石榴,大黄,草莓,这些水果所榨的果汁。

O.K. to try:melons (other than cantaloupes), blueberries and pears

Carbohydrates and Grains

Avoid:rye and sourdough bread

O.K. to try:other breads, pasta, potatoes and rice

Meats and Fish

Avoid:aged, canned, cured, processed or smoked meats and fish, anchovies, caviar, chicken livers, corned beef, and meats that contain nitrates or nitrites

避免:过老的腌制加工过的罐装或烟熏的肉类或鱼,凤尾鱼,鱼子酱,鸡肝,盐腌的牛肉,含有硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的肉类。

O.K. to try:other poultry, fish and meat

Nuts

Avoid:most nuts

O.K. to try:almonds, cashews and pine nuts

Beverages

饮料

Avoid:alcoholic beverages (including beer and wine); carbonated drinks such as sodas; coffee or tea, and fruit juices, especially citrus or cranberry juice
避免:酒精类饮料(包括啤酒和红酒),碳酸性饮料如苏打水,咖啡和茶,果汁,特别是柑橘类和蔓越莓果汁。

O.K. to try:non-carbonated bottled water, decaffeinated, acid-free coffee and tea, and some herbal teas

Seasonings

Avoid:mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, salsa, spicy foods (especially such ethnic foods such as Chinese, Indian, Mexican and Thai), soy sauce, miso, other soy-based condiments, salad dressing and vinegar, including balsamic and flavored vinegars

避免:蛋黄酱,番茄酱,芥末,沙司,辛辣食物(比如中国、印度、墨西哥和泰国的),酱油,味噌,其他以黄豆为原料的调料,沙拉酱和醋。

O.K. to try:garlic and other seasonings

Preservatives and Additives

Avoid:benzol alcohol, citric acid, monosodium glutamate (MSG), artificial sweeteners such as aspartame Nutrasweet) and saccharine, foods containing preservatives and artificial ingredients and colors

避免:苯醇,柠檬酸,味精,糖精,含防腐剂,人工添加剂和色素的食物 。

Miscellaneous

其他

Avoid:tobacco, caffeine, diet pills, junk foods, recreational drugs, cold and allergy medications containing ephedrine or pseudoephedrine, and certain vitamins.

避免:烟草,咖啡因,减肥药,垃圾食品,含有麻黄碱或伪麻黄碱的感冒药或抗过敏药,某些维生素。
