摘要：目的：探讨自血穴位注射对系统性红斑狼疮免疫指标的影响。方法：60例系统性红斑狼疮患者被分为两组，对照组30例，采用风湿科常规药物治疗；治疗组30例，在风湿科常规药物治疗基础上辅以白血穴位注射治疗。于治疗前后检测患者T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4、CD8、CD4／CD8)、免疫球蛋白(IgC、IgA、IgM)和血清补体C3、C4等免疫学指标，进行比较观察。结果：自血穴位注射在调节系统性红斑狼疮患者免疫指标、提升血清补体(尤其C3)方面优于对照组(P<0．05)，并且在改善患者临床状况方面有明显的治疗作用。结论：自血穴位注射疗法治疗系统性红斑狼疮患者明显优于单纯药物治疗，有较好的调节免疫、内分泌紊乱、降低机体的敏感性、增强体内的微循环、促进皮肤的代谢等作用。

Influence of Zixie Xuezhu Therapy on Immune Index of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Abstract：Objective：To investigate the influence of Zixie Xuezhu therapy on the immune index of systemic lu—

pus erythematosus．Methods：60 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)were divided into two

groups．30 cases in the control group were used by Rheumatism Dept routine therapy；30 cases in treatment

group were used by Zixie Xuezhu therapy with Rheumatism Dept routine therapy．Before and after treatment，

observe the changes of immunological indexes between the two groups with T lymphocytes and group(CD4，

CD8，CD4／CD8)，immunoglobulin(IgG，IsA，IgM)and serum C3，C4．Results：The Zixie Xuezhu regulated

immune index of the systemic lupus erythematosus，improved serum complement(especially the C3)compared

with control group(P<O．05)，and it had an obvious curative effect for improving the clinical situation．Con—

clusion：The Zixie Xuezhu therapy for treating systemic lupus erythematosus is better than only drugs，and it has

a better regulative immune，the endocrine disorder，reduces the sensitivity of the body，enhances the body§circulation

and promotes skin metabolism functions．
